1) Catherine Cesarsky
Our festival's keynote speaker. Renowned French astrophysicist. High Energy Cosmic Rays and infrared astronomy. She was formerly president of the International Astronomical Union and the general director of the European Southern Observatory, Chairman of the Board of the Square Kilometer Array radio telescope project.
2) James Chibueze
Radio-astronomer from Nigeria. He is the IAU special guest at our Festival. He works on massive star formation using high resolution interferometric observational techniques at the Space Research Center, North-West University (NWU) in South Africa. He is also the head of Science Committee of the African Astronomical Socity (AfAS).
3) María Begoña Vila
Spanish astrophysicist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. Working as a systems engineer. She is also a lead engineer on a key instrument of the JWST. National Coordinator of astronomy for the Spanish Research Agency
4) Nassim Seghouani
Astrophysicist, past director of the astronmy and astrophysics division at the Research Astronomy Astrophysics & Geophysics Center (CRAAG). Project manager of the Aurès National Observatory
