The "One Hundred Hours"
of Celestial Sighting

2-5 April, 2009,
Constantine, Algeria

Sirius in the Written Media

We were able to have at least 9 daily newspapers reporting the news on the 100 Hours program thanks to mostly our communiqué sent to the 50 most important media agencies in the country. three of which having the largest readership among all the newspapers in Algeria (The two top ones among the French media Le Quotidien d’Oran, and El-Watan with respectively 300.000 and 250.000 printed copies daily, and the top one one in the Arabic media: Echourouk with a number of printed copies of 545.000 copies), and some having published in extenso our communiqué. Many other newspapers should have reported it too, but we couldn’t make a census as some were exhausted or couldn’t be found, or being of regional character.
