The camera obscura on top of the building. No lens, no electronics, just a pinhole and a cylinder and a flat surface as a projection screen. Its first decription go back to the Muslim scientist El-Battani.
Here what we see: Three of us are standing in the middle of the parking. The slanted picture is just from the angle of view the picture was taken. The camera obscura is actually in the green dome, and thecamera obscura small opening is in the smaller supola above it.
