- La participation au 15ème Festival National d'Astronomie Populaire est ouverte à tous les Clubs et Associations d'Astronomie activant sur le territoire national. Veuillez remplir le bulletin d'inscription ci- dessous et nous l'envoyer par email avant le 5 mars prochain. Vous recevrez alors avant le 10 mars une confirmation de votre participation.
- La participation au Festival est aussi ouverte aux Associations soeurs des autres pays moyennant certains arrangements. Nous assurons l'hébergement complet à notre charge. Dans ce dernier cas, veuillez remplir le formulaire et aussi nous contacter directement.

Participants from Abroad (French & English speaking):
Associations and individuals from abroad wishing to participate to the Festival are most welcome. The application form is here (For Arabic speaking people, see below). They are however urged to contact us so as to work out the specific arrangements. Full local accommodations will be provided for them.
Participants from Africa are particularly welcome and we will make extra efforts in order to receive amateurs from the continent. Please contact us.

Wednesday March 22	- Arrival of the participants - Setting up of the exhibition: the Malek Haddad Cultural House.
Thursday March 23	Morning - Inauguration of the Exhibition - Exhibition Afternoon: - Exhibition - Lectures - Planetarium sessions Evening: - Astronomical workshops: CRAAG and SAT: astrophotography, planetary motions
Friday March 24	Morning - Exhibition, - Solar observing session with the Coronado PST - Planetarium sessions Afternoon: - Exhibition,* lectures, kids contest, science movies ...* - Round table on: "The Universe at all Wavelengths" - Visit to downtown Constantine and its bridges including the latest one. Evening: - Night time observation with instruments : At the Scout camp, 10th km Center with animation from CRAAG & Fehrenbach Obs. - Astronomy Workshop
