The opening of the Festival was made by Dr.Abdelhamid Chibane, Vice Mayor of Constantine, with the participation of the various delegates participating to the Festival and some of the public.Note that this Festival is organized in collaboration with the APC of Constantine.

... the Palestine Photo Exhibit Thanks to the Palestine Astronomy Association
As we couldn't receive our Palestinain brothers due to visa problem, we decided to devote a corner of the exhibit for Palestine: an astronomical picture display taken from the ocupied territories.
