Instructions for submitting papers from Talks and Posters

Dear participants at the Aurasian workshop

Here are enclosed some instructions and deadline for
submitting your contributions for the Proceedings in
the African Skies Journal. Find also as attached Pdf
file a sample of the African skies journal to be
followed as a guideline.

Authors may submit manuscripts in MS Word, LaTeX files
(02 columns ). Authors should indicate section and
subsection headings clearly with bold and bold
italicised fonts respectively. Authors
using LaTeX should use the standard {article} style.
Authors must prepare a brief abstract of their paper.
Papers are welcome in English or French. A full
translation of the abstract will also be published in
the other language. Figures should be sent as images
in any common image format. Line drawings should be
scanned to the highest possible resolution, or should
be sent as postscript files, which we can scale for
publication. All papers will be reviewed as part of
the editorial process.

A page of print in African Skies has about 900 words,
excluding display items, such as tables and figures.
We can allocate the following pages to the various
authors as follows:

45 min talks - 4 pages
.Mimouni, Seghouani, Bouldjedri et al., Léna,
Ishak-Boushaki, Ferlet, Attallah
25 - 30 min talks - 3 pages
Goriely, Hajjar, Bendib, Seghouani, Kahlouche
Abdelatif, Mansour, Mebarki, Benrachi
15-20 min talks - 2 pages
Ahriche, Bouchareb,
Posters - 1 page
all poster authors

The deadline for submission is June 10th.


NB1:Graphics are usually the problem with most papers
as people seem to just include them in MS Word
documents. We need very high resolution
.jpgs/.gifs/.pdfs/.ps files sent as
separate attachments.

NB2:All the complete papers should be sent as attached
files to the Guest editor Prof.N.Mebarki
