ACCOMMODATIONS

 TIMING

Participants are expected to arrive at Batna on Tuesday 28, 2008 in the afternoon or the evening, and depart on Wednesday evening or Thursday evening according to whether or not they take part in the Thursday out-of-town tourist trip.
For those coming by air, arrival at Mohamed Boudiaf-Constantine Airport will be OK as we shall provide for shuttle van from the airport to Batna.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Regular participants will be accommodated at hotels near the Conference Center. Save for the invited speakers, the fees for the 2-3 days full accommodation.are as follow:

• Participants from Abroad (Save the invited ones): Single Room and full accommodation: $150
• Researcher at an Algerian University (Regular faculty member or preparing their thesis) : 5000DA
• Graduate students presenting posters (Not employee in a private or state institution)): 2000DA

Note that the fees are due upon arrival.

Due to various reasons, personal arrangements for the accommodations are not recommended although possible. We doubt however that it would be more convenient that what we propose. He is still requested to register and remit a registration fee of 2000DA.Transportation between his hotel and the University will also not be assured.

Please note that participants will have to make their own provisions for personal insurance, and that the we can't cover any hospitalization fee or otherwise during their stay.

Note also that credit cards as well as traveler checks are not widely used in Algeria, and participants are expected to pay their dues and any other transaction in cash (See Info page for more details).
